Refund Eligibility

Zipharonthel offers refunds for course enrollments within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Once you have accessed more than 20% of course content, or after 14 days from enrollment, courses become non-refundable. Consultation sessions and completed course packages are not eligible for refunds.

Course Access

Upon enrollment, you gain immediate access to course materials. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.

Transfer Policy

Course enrollments are non-transferable. Each enrollment is tied to the account used for purchase and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
